Volume Products Manager with Woo Commerce Integration
The Volume Pricing Manager is a powerful WordPress plugin that allows you to create and manage volume-based pricing tables. It’s perfect for businesses that offer quantity-based discounts, where customers pay less per unit when they order more.

Installation
Managing VOLUME Products
After installing and activating the plugin, you can access the Volume Pricing Manager from your WordPress admin dashboard:
Navigate to: WordPress Admin → Products → Volume Pricing (when in English).
The main screen displays all your pricing tables in a convenient list view with sorting and filtering options.
List View Features

- Table Name: Click to edit the pricing table
- Table ID: Unique identifier used in shortcodes
- Tiers: Number of pricing tiers configured
- Shortcode: Quick-copy shortcode for the table
- Created: Date when the table was created
Bulk Actions
Use the Bulk Actions dropdown to perform actions on multiple tables at once:

- Delete multiple tables
- Filter by tier count
- Search tables by name
Tabs
The interface includes two main tabs:

- General Settings: Manage your pricing tables
- License: Activate your license for updates and support
Creating a Pricing Table
To create a new pricing table, click the “Add New” button on the main screen.
Table Settings

- Table Name: A descriptive name for your pricing table (e.g., “MasterJet S FrontLit 510 B1 Magic”)
- Table ID: Auto-generated unique identifier based on the table name
- Bottom Message: Optional message displayed at the bottom of the table (e.g., “The more you order, the more you save!!”)
- Unit Label: The unit of measurement for your pricing (e.g., “Units”, “m²”, “kg”, “pcs”)
Quick Reference Panel: On the right side of the edit screen, you’ll find:

- The shortcode to display this specific table
- WooCommerce integration instructions
- Formula generation for advanced implementations
Configuring Pricing Tiers
Pricing tiers define the volume-based discounts for your products. Each tier specifies a quantity range and the corresponding price per unit.
Tier Configuration
Each tier includes:

- From: Starting quantity for this tier
- To: Ending quantity for this tier
- Regular Price: Standard price per unit
- Sale Price: Optional discounted price per unit

Translation Support
The plugin includes translations for the admin panel and plugin text in the following languages:
When you install the Loco Translate plugin, you can add any additional language.Volume group names, which are dynamic and freely entered by the site administrator, can be translated using standard WordPress translation plugins. The Volume Products Manager has been tested with the WPML translation module.
The following examples show the plugin being used in 3 languages (NL, EN, FR), but you can add as many languages as you like.
WooCommerce Integration
The Volume Pricing Manager integrates seamlessly with WooCommerce Product Add-Ons to provide dynamic pricing based on quantity.
Setting Up Volume Pricing on a Product

- Edit your WooCommerce product
- Go to the Product Add-Ons section
- Add a new field
- Select “Volume Pricing” as the Field Type
- Select your pricing table from the dropdown menu
Generate Formula (Advanced)
For custom implementations, use the “Generate Formula” button to create a formula that can be used in WooCommerce Product Add-Ons calculations. This is useful when you need to integrate the pricing tiers into complex product configurations.
