Date & Time Management

At checkout, you choose how you want your customer to receive their order. Here’s an example configuration:

All labels and announcements can be configured and using WPML or a similar translation plugin for WordPress, translated into any language.

Managing Time Slots

An administrator can set dates and times when customers can book. Only dates with time slots are available for customers on the checkout page:

Duplicate Time Slots to Other Dates

To efficiently create time slots for multiple dates, you can use the duplicate function. This is especially useful for recurring time slots (e.g. every Friday).

Steps:

1. 1. 1. Click the blue “Duplicate” button next to the time slot you want to copy.

2. A popup window “Select Dates to Duplicate” appears with a calendar:

Multi-selection options:

• • Ctrl + click: Select individual dates (add one by one).
  • Shift + click: Select a range of dates (from first to last click).

Navigate with “← Previous” and “Next →” to other months if needed. Click the green button “Duplicate to Selected Dates” to copy the time slot to all selected dates, or click “Cancel” to go back without duplicating.

Time Slot Templates

To make creating time slots even more efficient, the plugin offers a template system. This allows you to save frequently used time slot configurations and apply them to multiple dates with one click.

Add Bulk Time Slots

In the green section “Add Bulk Time Slots”, you can create multiple time slots at once for the same date:

Here’s how it works:

• • Date: Select the date for which you want to create time slots via the date field.
  • Time slot rows: Each row contains a start time, end time and maximum number of orders. Adjust these values as needed.
  • × button: Remove a time slot row by clicking the red cross.

Available buttons:

• • “+ Add time slot row”: Add an extra empty time slot row to the list (1).
  • “Save as template”: Save the current configuration as a reusable template (2).

Saved Templates

In the blue section “Saved Templates”, you find all your saved templates. Templates are stored in your browser and can be exported to share with other devices or team members.

Each template shows:

• • Name: The name of the template (e.g. “Friday timeslots”, “On location”, “9 to 5 – 1 hour slots”).
  • Number of time slots: How many time slots the template contains (e.g. “8 timeslots”, “2 timeslots”).

Action buttons per template:

• • “Edit”: Load the template into the green bulk section to edit or adjust it.
  • “Apply”: Apply the template to one or more dates via the calendar popup.
  • “Delete”: Permanently delete the template.

Import/Export functions:

• • “Export templates”: Download all templates as a file to save or share.
  • “Import templates”: Load previously exported templates from a file.

Edit Template

When you click “Edit” on a template, the time slots from that template are loaded into the green bulk section:

After editing, you can:

• • Save the changes as a new template via “Save as template”.
  • Add the time slots directly to a date via “Add all slots”.

Apply Template to Multiple Dates (3)

Click “Apply” on a template to open the calendar popup. Here you can select one or more dates on which the template should be applied:

Calendar navigation:

• • “← Previous” / “Next →”: Navigate to the previous or next month.
  • Month and year: The current month is shown (e.g. “May 2026”).

Selecting dates:

• • Click: Select or deselect an individual date.
  • Ctrl + click: Select multiple individual dates (add one by one).
  • Shift + click: Select a range of dates (from first to last click).

Selected dates are highlighted in blue. At the bottom, you see how many dates are selected (e.g. “12 dates selected”). The section “Time slots in template” shows which time slots will be created.

Maximum Orders and Availability

Status Column

The status column shows the current state of the time slot:

• • Available (green): The slot is open for bookings by customers.
  • Exclusive (orange): The slot is reserved for special bookings and not visible to regular customers.

Max Orders Column

This column shows the format “X / Y”:

• • X: Current number of bookings for this slot.
  • Y: Maximum number of allowed bookings.

Examples:

• • 0 / 20: No bookings, maximum 20 available. Slot is visible to customers.
  • 15 / 20: 15 bookings made, 5 still available. Slot is still visible.
  • 20 / 20: Slot is full. Automatically disappears from checkout selection for customers.
  • 0 / 1: (Exclusive slot) Only 1 booking allowed, still available.

Truck Management

Manage up to 10 trucks with license plate registration. Bookings can be linked to a specific truck, so customers know at which vehicle they can pick up their order.

Configuration options:

• • Truck Names text field: Enter one truck name per line. Preferably use the license plate for recognizability (e.g. “Z-QAA-507”).
  • Maximum 10 trucks: A maximum of 10 trucks can be defined.
  • Default names: Leave the field empty to use default names (“Truck 1”, “Truck 2”, etc.).
  • “Save Truck Names” button: Click the blue button to save the truck names.

Assign Truck to Time Slots

When managing time slots, you can assign a truck via the dropdown in the “Truck” column:

The dropdown shows:

• • Custom names: Trucks with a configured name (e.g. “Z-QAA-507”) are shown at the top.
  • Default names: Non-configured trucks appear as “Truck 2”, “Truck 3”, etc.
